More about the song
“You Came to Me” portrays the story of a little girl’s journey from brokenness to hope, and ultimately to freedom.
This song was inspired by a realization of how different my life could have been if I hadn’t come to Jesus as a child.
I had 2 things on my mind when I was writing this song:
- It was a thank-you to my dad for sharing the gospel with me — and, most importantly, to Christ for saving me.
- I wanted to shine a light on the fact that many children are unreached with the gospel in the United States and to encourage the believers to answer the call.
My prayer is that everyone who watches this video will have their hearts moved for the next generation and be inspired to come together in bringing the gospel to children through after-school Bible Clubs.

I started playing piano when I was six years old, before I could reach the pedals! I was blessed to have teachers who not only helped me learn to play music, but also to love it!
